before using the hoist should be checked:
a. within walking distance of the operator and the weight should be no route through obstacles.
b. hand control buttons from top to bottom, left and right direction should be sensitive and accurate movement, motor and reducer should be no abnormal noise.
c. brake should be sensitive and reliable.
d. electric hoist should be no foreign body orbit.
e. the upper and lower limit control action should be accurate.
f. hook retainer nut should be tightened.
g. hook turn in the horizontal and vertical directions should be flexible.
h. hook pulley should be flexible rotation.
i. there should be no obvious defects in wire rope, neatly arranged on the reel, no signs of torn pulley groove, lubricate well.
j. lifting aids no abnormal phenomenon.
k. electric hoist working environment temperature -25 ~ +40 ℃
